I own a hair salon and have used Bill Martin for my merchant services for 8 or so years . He’s a great guy and always helps me with a moments notice ! I love that he’s not a huge company where he doesn’t know his customers. I’m not a techy person and having Bill always there to help or answer questions is so nice ! Will has changed  my business and how it functions 100% . I no longer have to ask for a credit card.  I create an account one time and cards are processed upon services rendered and a receipt is sent to the clients email. When client returns its a click of a button and payment is made. Great guys. Have never missed a call to help me. Go out of their way beyond the call of duty. They were first setup to help out my dad who runs Joseph Steakhouse. They set all things smoothly. Even when there was an issue with wifi, that was no their responsibility to solve, our point of contact, Tom, came in and helped out the issue so the credit card processor could still work.
